QUICK AND EASY RETURNS!
We want your shopping experience at The Gypsy Den to be the absolute best! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better.
We know ordering clothes online is not easy so we do our best to give you descriptions on each item and also provide sizing charts for your use so you can make a qualified decision on the size you need. Please find this sizing chart in the product description tabs.
Because quantities are limited on some of our merchandise, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges. We suggest you place a NEW order for the item you want to exchange ONLY AFTER you have received your store credit via email once we receive the returned item.
Here is the criteria for returns:
- Our Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return. We must RECEIVE the item in question within the 30 day window to be eligible for a return.
- We do not offer REFUNDS. Only STORE CREDIT in the form of a coupon code in the amount of the purchase price, and taxes if applicable, emailed to the email address originally used at checkout only. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non refundable/creditable.
- All Clearance and Sale items, Estate Jewelry, Personalized Items, Undergarments such as Bras and Underwear, Handmade Items, and Vintage Items are final sales and cannot be returned or credit given.
- All items are inspected thoroughly for damages before being shipped out. You must notify the store within 3 days via email if returning due to damages. After 3 days, a claim cannot be filed and no credit can be given. If item was damaged due to shipper, you must file a claim with the shipper as we are not responsible for them.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags, if applicable, must still be on the merchandise.
-Clothing cannot be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. Visible stains of any kind and perfume smells or strong orders will void the claims process.
-Shoes cannot be worn. The heel and sole bottoms must be unused and clean. Original box must be returned.
- Please make sure you meet all the criteria above. If you do, contact the store via email only and let us know exactly what the issue is. Please include your name, invoice number, and the particular item in question. If you do not meet the above criteria, still email us and we will work together to resolve any concerns you have
- You will be emailed a return label to ship back items to us for free.
- You are responsible for the shipping back of an item(s). We must receive your items within 30 days of purchase to receive credit. Please make note of your tracking number as we are not responsible for shipper errors or losses.
- Once your items are received, we will inspect them to ensure they met all the criteria listed above. If they did, we will process your store credit and send it via email within 3 Business days. If they did not, we will ship them back to you in the most economical method possible and consider the sale final and no credit can be given.
