Sizing

We are all beautiful women that come in different shapes and sizes and we understand that choosing the right size for you can be difficult when purchasing online. We have included a size chart to help aid you in that decision.  Chart should only be used as a guideline as all manufacturers are different. 

Product descriptions will have additional information to help you as well.  

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.  All payments are run  through Shopify's very secure payment gateway.

Shipping

Free Shipping on all orders over $50. A low $3.99 flat rate on all orders under $50.

We ship all of our items through USPS.  Insurance and tracking are included in this service. 

We only ship to the US Domestic.  If you reside outside of the US, please contact us with your location address and we will email you back with a shipping quote.

If your items are in stock at the time of your order, we will ship within 1 Business Day (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). 

If your items are out of stock and we order them for you from our vendor, an additional 3-10 Business days will be added to the shipping time.

You can expect your package to arrive from the time of order in approximately 3-12 Business days. 

We are not responsible for late, damaged, stolen, unclaimed, or returned packages once the package has been given to the Post Office. Claims can be filed with the USPS.  If you need assistance in filing a claim, please contact us and we will help you get started.

Order Tracking

An email will be sent to you immediately after your purchase.  As your order progresses from Processing to Shipped, you will be advised through email where you can follow your package.  If you created an account with us, you can go to your account and track it there as well.

Order Changes/Cancellations

If you require a change, or wish to cancel your order, YOU MUST DO SO IMMEDIATELY.  Send us an email or call the store (915-288-8523) During Business hours (M-F 10-5 MST Sat 11-5 MST).

If the order was already processed and/or shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes at that time.  The standard Returns Policy will go into effect. 

Returns

We have a simple hassle free Returns Policy. We do not issue refunds, but we do issue store credit.  We must have your current email address on file as this is the only place we will send the credit discount code to.  CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS, ESTATE JEWELRY, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, UNDERGARMENTS SUCH AS BRAS AND UNDERWEAR, HANDMADE ITEMS, AND VINTAGE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES AND NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Out Of Stocks

We order a very minimal amount of each product.  We do this to keep things fresh and stay fashion forward.  If you absolutely need and fall in love with an item that is out of stock, contact us and we will do all we can to unite you and that love of your life! 

We sell our items on our Website, many other online venues, and in our Local Boutique.  Our website updates with these channels once a day and are verified weekly by our staff. Sometimes the system allows an order to go through for an out of stock item because it has not updated yet.  If this happens, and we cannot acquire the item for you, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment along with all taxes and shipping charges.
