Shipping

Free Shipping on all orders over $100. A low $7.99 flat rate on all orders under $100.

We only ship to the lower 48 states.  

Any item listed as "imported" in the item description will ship within 5-10 days from its origin to our New York or Los Angeles warehouse. Depending on customs, it will be delivered to you within 3-10 days from there.

Domestic items will ship within 3-10 days.

Order Tracking

An email will be sent to you immediately after your purchase.  As your order progresses from Processing to Shipped, you will be advised through email where you can follow your package.  If you created an account with us, you can go to your account and track it there as well.

Order Changes/Cancellations

If you require a change, or wish to cancel your order, YOU MUST DO SO IMMEDIATELY.  Send us an email here.

If the order was already processed and/or shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes at that time.  The standard Returns Policy will go into effect. 

Returns

Refund Policy:

You have 7 days from date of delivery to initiate your return.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after the 7 day period.
